Hello dear, I really appreciate your concern. Emergency contraceptive pills prevent pregnancy in 85% of cases. Its success depends on the interval between sexual intercourse and ingestion of tablet. Narrower the interval less chances of pregnancy. You have sexual intercourse on last day of your period. If you have regular menstrual cycle then there is nil chances of getting pregnant on last day of periods. Besides you have taken pregnancy test which is negative for pregnancy. So be relaxed. Sometimes fear of pregnancy leads to hormonal changes in the body which causes irregular periods.
Hope my answer has solved your query. Take Care.
Thank you.
